RACV Travel & Experiences has been working with Tour Tek Solutions going on 4+ years now. The RACV Story
RACV has a long tradition of offering travel products to their membership. The RACV team would deal directly with their preferred tour suppliers to work out the best prices. Once this was done the marketing team would manually enter the touring product details (itinerary, departures dates, pricing and availability) into their systems to be displayed on the RACV Travel website. As supplier availability changed, they would have to manually adjust daily on the RACV backend.
By partnering with Tour Tek Solutions RACV integration partner was able to seamlessly incorporate our data into their backend. Touring products are now automatically added to their system and departures, pricing and availability are updated daily. Saving The RACV team countless hours in manual data entry and improving data quality.
